The system can be further enhanced by the inclusion of the MSoft Maintenance Management System (MMMS) – this tool gives you the ability to sell more ‘value-added’ services to your clients with Service and Maintenance contracts for high value items such as Scrubber Driers and Buffers. Clients can add one of these items into their basket and  are prompted to add an S&M contract. If they choose this ‘value-added’ service the system can add the Service period visits directly into the MMMS and it will then prompt your technicians or third party service team to go and service the item you delivered to the client – seamlessly!
