MSoft AssetHound - Service Management

MSoft's AssetHound System can offer Contract and Service Managers complete control over the Repairs and Maintenance of both their own organisation's and customer's equipment.

The Intergrated Dashboard control panel allows managers and service controllers to monitor in real time:

  • Incoming repair requests
  • Scheduled Maintenance Allocation
  • Service Level Agreement (SLA) Contracts
  • First time fix rates
  • Performance Levels by Customer, Engineer or Asset Category
  • Jobs Awaiting allocation
  • Escalations
  • Jobs outside SLA
  • Job status e.g. Jobs awaiting parts

Engineers diaries can be managed by availability, skill level and georgraphic coverage. Contracts can be managed including complex charging rules based on contract, asset category and service level. Multiple asset catergories can be managed centrally.
