These include Project ManagementWe have extensive experience of large scale implementations and understand the need for strong Project Management. All of our projects are run by an experienced Project Manager and we can provide our own working methods (utilising PRINCE 2) or adhere to a Client's if required. ConsultancyConsultancy can be provided to suppport any of our applications. This can range from analysis during initial scoping of requirements through to providing full support during Business Process Re-enginering. TrainingWe have a number of experienced trainers able to deliver training on-site to individuals or to groups. We have a wide range of training material that can be provided to clients for their own in-house use.
