MSoft Wins in Hull and East Riding

MSoft eSolutions have been awarded the much coveted contract for the Hull and East Riding ICES IT System.

The Integrated Community Equipment Service comprises partnerships between Kingston upon Hull City Council (Community Care Services and Children & Families Services), East Riding of Yorkshire Council (Children, Family and Adult Services), Hull Primary Care Trust and East Riding of Yorkshire Primary Care Trust.

Hull & East Riding currently meet the needs of 760 000 people over an area of 1000 square miles which is one of the largest services in the UK today.

MSoft was evaluated with other key ICES system providers under strict tender conditions and was awarded the contract based on the following:

• Service Provision
• IT, Security, Risk & Information Governance
• Performance Management
• Training & Development
• Finance
