Ceredigion County and Denbighshire County ICES Partnership

MSoft eSolutions are helping Ceredigion County ICES Partnership and Denbighshire County ICES Partnership achieve the objectives set out by the Welsh Assembly Government in their commitment to community equipment services.

The Welsh Assembly Government has stated: “Community Equipment Services are crucial. Without them, the independence of many people would be undermined, carers would be put at risk and many essential care services could not be delivered safely.”

The crucial nature of these services and the growing need for them in the community means that they need a robust and proven IT system to deliver on the Welsh Assembly Government’s objectives. The MSoft ICES IT System (MICES) will allow both Denbighshire and Ceredigion to achieve their goals and deliver an integrated service into the community whilst achieving key efficiency gains in the process.
